Dave Gillis

Dave Gillis is based in Melbourne, Florida and helps East Coast and Central Floridians learn how to save tons in taxes by using the 1031 exchange options they may not even be aware of. He is equipped to do this because of his unique combination of tax, real estate and financial expertise. Starting his financial education studying economics at Yale, he went on to acquire his Florida Broker's licenses in real estate, mortgage financing, insurance, and NASD-Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.

In addition to being a 1031 Exchange Advisor, Dave is also a Real Estate Broker specializing in investment properties, a Mortgage and Insurance Broker, and a Registered Financial Advisor. He has worked with national companies such as Liberty Tax Service, Triad Advisors, H&R Block Financial Advisors, G.E.C.C. and Urban Realty.

A long-time Floridian by way of Connecticut and Michigan, Dave and his wife Grace like traveling, especially to see their children, Jennifer, Leslie, Carrie, Chris, Peter, Andrew and their grandchildren, and enjoy tennis and golf. He participates in several Non-profits, particularly the Exchange Club. His goal is "to help as many people as possible with their real estate and financial needs."
