Michael Eloranto, Esq.

Michael is an attorney who has worked exclusively with 1031 exchanges for nearly six years, specializing in reverse, construction, and other complex exchanges. He is licensed to the practice of law in Washington and Colorado, and is a member of the King County, Washington, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations. Michael earned a BA in Political Science from State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and graduated cum laude in 1994. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1999, where he was an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
